Yes — the sample deal at /sample is open to everyone, no account needed. It shows a deal exactly as Vordran builds one: the timeline, the parties, and the health score, all extracted from a contract by the real pipeline. Running your own first contract is also free and needs no card, so you can skip straight to that if you would rather see it on your own paperwork.

Vordran reads New Jersey’s standard sales contract (Form 118) most deeply today — dates, parties, contingencies, and every addendum checkbox. Contracts from other states work in learning mode: every extracted field routes through your review while the system learns the form, so accuracy is verified by you rather than assumed.

You confirm the deal-critical fields card by card before the deal is created, with the contract’s own text shown next to each one. Anything the AI is not sure about is flagged for your review — it never guesses silently.

No — Vordran works with just an email and password. Connecting Google is optional and adds the automation built on it: organized Drive folders for your documents and sending approved drafts from your own address; without it, Vordran still extracts contracts, tracks deadlines, and drafts emails, but your PDF files aren’t stored for you.

Yes — you can invite teammates into your workspace by email, and everyone works from the same deals. Each launch plan covers one workspace.

A deal counts against your monthly cap the first time it’s created in a billing cycle. Terminating or deleting a deal doesn’t free the slot mid-cycle, and restoring one doesn’t count it twice — simple to predict, hard to game.

You get a grace allowance of 2 extra deals for up to 7 days, whichever runs out first. Your current usage is shown in Settings under Billing. Existing deals keep processing normally — we never interrupt a live transaction.

Your first contract, start to finish, with no card: Vordran reads it, builds the deadlines, tasks, reminders and Drive folders, and tracks it. When you want a second deal you pick a plan. Nothing is taken away if you don’t — that first deal stays open and readable, you just can’t edit it or create new items until you subscribe.

The $149 covers your first 6 months, and after that the 6-month plan renews at $354 per 6 months — the same $59/month as the monthly plan, just billed twice a year. Your renewal date is always shown in Settings under Billing, and you can cancel any time before renewal.

Yes — the monthly plan is $59/month with no commitment, and you can cancel anytime. The free first contract is the same on either plan; the plans differ only on price and term.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime and run out the paid month; the 6-month plan runs out its paid term. Either way your documents live in your own Google Drive in plain folders — Vordran organizes your Drive, it doesn’t lock it in.

No — Vordran never connects to or reads your inbox. It does not hold permission to read or label mail in your account; the only mail permission it requests is the ability to send a message from your own address — one you approved, or one of the follow-up types you chose to automate in Settings. Documents reach Vordran when you upload them, or when someone sends, CCs, or forwards them to your workspace deal address.

No — your contracts are processed to run your workspace (extraction, deadlines, drafts) and are never sold or used to train AI models. When Vordran learns your recurring contract forms, that learning stays inside your own workspace.

Only the people in your workspace. Your workspace’s data is separated from every other customer’s, enforced at the database layer by row-level security; our own background jobs (deadline reminders, billing, email intake) run with elevated database access and process each workspace’s data separately. You can revoke Vordran’s access at any time from your Google Account’s Third-party apps & services page — revoking there immediately ends Vordran’s ability to file documents or send mail on your behalf.

Documents and emails containing wire instructions are flagged automatically and require your explicit acknowledgement before you move on. Wire fraud is the highest-consequence event in a transaction, so this check is deliberately deterministic — it cannot be silently skipped.

No — drafts wait for your approval before sending. The one exception is rule-based and yours to configure: per-email-type auto-send windows in Settings, which are off unless you turn them on. Daily deadline reminders to you are always on.

Yes — you get a reminder email 48 hours before every deadline and again on the day it’s due, automatically. Deadlines also drive the deal health score, so a deal that needs attention stands out on your dashboard.

No. Vordran is coordination software — it tracks what the contract says and never replaces your attorney, your broker, or your own judgment on legal questions.
